Our mechanic was polite, courteous and professional. He called ahead of his visit and kept us updated on his progress. He worked diligently in bad weather and when his initially prepared set of replacement parts did not work, he procured replacement parts and returned to complete the job. We felt that he was honest, transparent and appreciated that he stuck with the job until completed to our satisfaction.

BMW Stratstone, told me it was drivers side rear suspension, which would have required an investigation and diagnosis taking hour many hours to then in all probability fit parts which weren't required.
