Danny was fine as far as the service went however he failed to replace a screw and washer from under the car and unbeknown to us it had gone under the car. When we went out in the car the next day it was making a funny noise so we took the car to the Mercedes dealership where they discovered the said screw and washer embedded in a tyre which was unrepairable and it cost us £94.68 to replace.I reported this along with a photo to ClickMechanic 2 days ago and as of now have failed to respond

I didn’t actually meet the mechanic who worked on my car as it was collected and returned to my house while i was at work. But the guys were really good, let me know straight away what needed doing and got it done
