The mechanic gave me a call first thing and let me know his expected arrival. once he arrived he got straight to work. It turns out the wrong part was ordered, so he went to collect the correct part and complete the works. Overall a good experience, i would book him again.

Rob provided excellent service. He was happy to take calls and reply to messages to find out details about the car I had noted when I went for a look. His knowledge was also really impressive and assured me that I was buying a solid car. The service as a whole quality and I’d recommend to anyone.

Ade did a great job of identifying the issue, looked to source the parts ahead of time and whilst fitting was able to fix any other small issues he encountered, very happy with the work completed and professionalism

I was very happy with the pre-purchase inspection Azhar did for my car. He identified several items that I could research into so I could make an informed decision if I should proceed with the purchase or not. I also used the information to knock a bit more off the asking price which meant it paid for its-self.

No not happy with the work car off the road for the night-time and morning because he didn't have the right tools to do the job on replacing the fan belt overcharge for the second belt that had to be fitted alternator got a hole in it and screws of Fred bare and the fan belt second one is squeaking hasn't been fitted properly really upset with the company that came from Wales to do the job can't understand it couldn't get somebody local in Warrington you've not replied to my last I said you not reply to my last email very upset

Andy was ok, managed to come out to me earlier than planned. Andy only came out and inspected the car, carried out no work, but I was still charged almost the price quoted only taking a couple quid of. Would be happier if he only charged me 1/2 the price quoted, seeing no work was done. Andy also gave me a quote for additional work, but I feel that is too expensive so am looking at other garages to see if I can get a cheaper quote.

He went above and beyond. Very welcoming and helpful with all the information I needed. Cant see how it could be a best experience. Will remain a costumer for sure.

Not sure about the friendly bit as I wasn't present, but the report seems in line with the dealer's description (incl any faults), so all good. Punctual too.
