Brilliant - picked up my car, talked me through what they would need to do. 3 hours later my car was back! Needed brake pads replaced - turns out when I had them done elsewhere a few months ago, they weren't fitted properly. NW sorted them and popped the keys through the letterbox as I was out. Excellent all round

Waheed from NW Cars collected my car quite late in the day and left his car outside my home. He had messaged to say he was running late but still changed the front brake discs and pads and returned my car late in the evening. Very efficient service. Whilst initially concerned about having someone drive my car away, I would now definitely use this service again.
