Happy with the job done, they changed my glow plugs for my audi A3 Tdi. A lot of garages refused to do it because of the age of my car.not issues at all.thank you guys!!!and they gave a 5% discount card for future services

Clueless. Turned up in a taxi. Didn't know what a lambda sensor was. Couldn't give an explanation for the codes and what they meant.

Didn't meet the mechanic as this pre-purchase inspection was carried out at the seller's site. Happy with the report and was done on time.

On road test all of the items were ticked to state as new ( i.e cruise control, clutch etc). We phoned the mechanic as we recorded the mileage when we went to view the car, a week ago and compared it to the mileage when we went to collect. It hadn’t been driven. We contacted the mechanic about this who stated there was an accident on the road and was unable to complete. This is rubbish as it’s on an industrial estate and could have been driven in either direction. Also he hadn’t advised us that it hadn’t been driven. Just ticked all the boxes stating all ok when not even tested. I am really disappointed that we paid for a premium inspection including road test at £ 190 which was higher than rac and aa. I cannot believe he didn't road test it, or advise us it hadn’t been driven. This seems like a total waste of money. Also there's a dent in roof wasn’t didn't pick up and Smokey exhaust fumes also not picked up This is not a good service and now we are stuck with a car we are not happy with as we thought it had been properly checked out We are considering legal action.

Mohammed has done an excellent job, inspected everything. Confirmed all electronics and suspension is in perfect order and gave me a very detailed report of car current state. Over the phone he walked me through details and was very knowledgeable and helpfull!
