Paul was great, very prompt and polite. As I have to be places in the mornings, it was very handy being able to track his location when waiting for him. I had a couple of queries and he was more than happy to explain them to me. The car is running good thank you.

Craig was excellent quick to come quick to find the problem and quick to turn around with a fix.

Rob is a great mechanic and I wouldn't hesitate using his services again. His communication is good and if there are any issues he is able to sort them out.

Alex was fantastic. I am really happy with the work completed and for a small extra fee, he correct some other issues that were found once the car was on the ramps. All of this was communicated before hand and the car was delivered back in perfect condition. Thanks again, Alex. I would definitely recommend and use again.

They arrived within the allotted time and were super friendly and helpful. My car has been sat on my drive for two months and it is now working perfectly! I was also advised as to what to get checked out in the future.

Very pleased with work done but car out of petrol, nearest garage 6 miles away, petrol gauge 3 bars but Car went from Woodcote to Slough. When clutch was repaired after breaking down, it went to Reading which is nearer and came back empty. Both occasions will have to get someone to get me some petrol. Maybe need to be aware cars need plenty petrol as don’t know how far it is going to

Really really great. Had a pre purchase inspection and he pointed out minor things took copious amounts of pictures and gave me a detailed report. Totally worth the money! Well please!

Wow what an amazing service from Rash at RSG Richard Street in Bradford. My clutch at 80,000 miles was slipping, the car was revving too high. I didn’t want to use local garages in ilkley as would have been really expensive. I found Clickmechanics online after trying to figure out how to do this. I checked reviews online Trustpilot and there were hardly any negatives so I registered my problem they gave me immediate quote of around £500. This was Sunday afternoon. I was worried because I didn’t want to drive car but needed to do school runs. Rash at RSG in Bradford accepted my job within a few hours which set my mind at rest they said they could do it earliest Thursday. I rang him Monday morning and asked if it was ok to drive he gave me good clear helpful advice and said that he might be able to get it done a day earlier. Wednesday came he rang in morning drove 14 miles to collect my car at 10am checked to make sure it was clutch and took car away. He updated me around 1pm to say it was going ok and He delivered car back at 3pm UNBELIEVABLE! the car is driving so well I’m getting much more miles to gallon. I am now going to use RSG in Bradford for any future work. I was nervous about not using local mechanic but my experience with ClickMechanic was amazing, 3 days to fit my job in for a great price. Superb! He also gave me good advice about making the clutch last with sensible driving.

Mohammed was friendly and as far as I can see did a good job on my service and he also made me aware of a braking issue which I should attend to. He did spend much time on his mobile while doing the work. One other point whilst I ordered and paid for a full service he recorded in the service history book that it was an interim service. Perhaps he or Click Mechanic could confirm the work done?

Ed and his colleague (didn't catch his name), did a great job, explained the problems and everything else clearly, and most Importantly fixed the car in a very timely manner, very Impressed. Due to the nature of my work getting the car to the garage can be a nightmare, these guys saved me the hassle big time!

Alex arrived , checked the information I had given and then did his thing. 40 minutes later I was back on the road. What is there not to like .

RECOMMENDED... This is the 2nd time Martin has worked on my Vehicle, and once again he has turned up trumps with his knowledge, attitude, and his character. The quality of the work is exemplary and his punctuality in this instance required a time machine :) Car fixed and delivered back all functioning as it should. I am extremely happy and I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Martin, top job.
