Very professional, my car was booked in for a service and MOT. The car needed extra work to pass the MOT, This was carried out meaning I was only without my car for 24hrs

Michael was great, he called me towards the end of the inspection to inform me he had identified a misfire on the car, which the dealer put right. By the sounds of things Michael has seen plenty of these cars and it's reassuring to know it has not been thrashed or has any major problems brewing.
