Perfect job. Replaced my abs sensor quickly. Showed me the new one and the old one. Performed a test drive. All good.

Right from the moment Tony contacted me to arrange the pick up of my vehicle, diagnosis, repair and return of my vehicle, it was faultless. I believed that the clutch had failed and was given a good price for its replacement. On diagnosis it was found that the master cylinder had failed and so this was replaced instead. The communications from Tony throughout the repair was first class.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pre purchase vehicle check completed by CJS Vehicle repairs was a joke. For £259 CJS thought it was acceptable to turn up onsite without any tools, overalls or equipment, spent less than 30mins onsite and failed to complete basic requirements ie. the TEST DRIVE. Chris failed to tell me this was the case and fraudulently provided a full and complete pre-check report. Unfortunately for Chris CCTV proved what actually happened onsite! If like me you wanted the assurance of a qualified mechanic checking a vehicle before you purchase it, then do not use CJS ! I'm only glad I never paid to get my brakes fixed, I would have no faith in them working if Chris said he'd completed the work........

Brake discs and pads on all four wheels. The work seems to have been done to a good standard. Some of the comms around the return of the car was patchy. I got a call saying the job was finished and the car would shortly be returned. After waiting for an hour I rang and was told that the driver had been delayed on another job but was now on his way with our car. After waiting another half hour I rang and was told that the driver would call me with an update. The driver duly rang and told me that there was an issue with the job and he was taking the car back to the garage. This was an issue for me because I had to rearrange my immediate plans that were reliant on the car and I was also concerned that there was an issue with the quality of the job. The driver later rang to say that the issue had been fixed and duly returned the car and everything seems fine. None of this was a major problem, these things happen, but better comms, particularly to explain why the car had to go back to the garage, would have been reassuring and led to a better rating of the work.

Craig turned up on time and completed the work to the highest standard. Craig was friendly and knowledgable about the issue I requested to be fixed, while also doing a quick inspection on my issue to make sure what I had requested would fix the issue. I would highly recommend using Craig and will be using him for any future works. 10/10
