Francesco turned up on time. I had only asked at 1030 that same morning for a mechanic to attend my house that same day. He did the diagnostic test I had asked for and explained to me very clearly what it had found. He sorted my immediate problem quickly and efficiently and then advised me what work was needed in the near future for the car. At no point did he pressure me to use him to do the recommended work. I received an email the next morning confirming what he had done and what he had recommended needed doing in the near future. I can recommend Francesco highly for a ‘same day car fix’. 5⭐️all the way.

Florian was professional and polite and punctual. I was impressed that the car was collected and returned from home. The work was great and I like the fact that Florian takes pride in his work, photographing the job and providing the old parts as proof they were replaced. The car came back with a clean steering wheel and a free air freshner-nice touch. The rates were competitive as well.
