JoJo. Arrived on time, 1.30pm carried out the Major Service on my Range Rover Sport, had a couple of problems, one removing the heat shield, screws had corroded and then resetting the oil level on the computer, he ended up staying pass 7pm to try and rectify this, but to no avail. He then left and had an hour’s drive home, but he was on the phone at 8.30am next day, to discuss why it wouldn’t reset and talked me through the procedure after reading up on it, and after a good run and waiting 20 mins on level ground, it showed as all ok. I did feel in the end for JoJo such a big car and he isn’t the tallest of people. Would use him again. If he would like to do the belts on it, but I think that’s a major pull out of some covers and pipes to access them, he might decline that one. Lol.

They turned up and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and got straight on with it. Only compliant is with time, but I put that down to unforeseen circumstance on them.

Chris was polite, prompt and very thorough. The repair was carried out without fuss and with no surprises, a pleasure to have these days. Absolutely superb i highly recommend not only Click Mechanic but also Chris. Superb

Works seems acceptable. Time will tell. Price adjustment of 50%, due to really bad quality quote given by ClickMechanic, leaves a bad taste that overrides all over impressions.

Very polite and efficient service. Called me to let me know when vehicle was being picked up and called again to discuss necessary work. Will definitely use them again

Turned up did the job then left . Not much chat but none needed. Second go as ClickMechanic supplied the wrong parts to the first mechanic . Hope he got paid for the strip down work he undertook

Jason was punctual, professional and kept in good communication (even when I didn't hear him at the door!) Car passed a previously failed MOT and so he did exactly what I ask him to. Very convienient service :)

He is excellent except with little English. He is friendly and knowledgable(nor sure)
