Chris and his colleague arrived in good time, were keen to get started and seemed knowledgeable. They had arrived with the only message that my headlight was not working, I am a little confident in trying to fix an 'out' lightbulb myself and know where to go, which fixture to unscrew etc. and would not register with Clickmechanic for such a simple problem. However....my problem had more of a story, which seemingly had not been relayed to Chris. Unfortunately with little information to arrive with, the assumption of a bulb out perhaps influenced Chris's decision on how to solve my problem and I did feel for a time that I was seen as the 'female who knows nothing'... I am however one to assert myself and I did explain that there was more to my situation than just an 'out' bulb.. On further explanation, a diagnostics review was completed - this did find nothing to cause several outages in a short time of the same headlight, and I hope that the light bulb change will be the fix. Fingers crossed....

Needed a pre-purchase check on a car I wanted. Got an email from the mechanic, Kai, very quickly who was happy to do the job. He arrived on time, carried out the check, phoned to let me know the outcome of the check & sent me a few photos of what he found. This was followed up with the detailed report as promised. Confident in his assessment, I purchased the car - so far no problems with it, so happy with the car purchase. Should also point out that the job was a lot cheaper than the better known companies who carry out these types of inspections.

Very happy with work carried out. Mechanic was helpful and friendly. I cannot comment on punctuality. There was delay at the beginning but I received an email warning me of this. Apparently the day had only got worse, so there was delay in the car being returned, but again I got an email. I assume the delays were outwith the control of the mechanic, and do not blame him. I will be happy to use clickmechanic again.

Wayne is very experienced and knowledgable, he carried out a thorough pre purchase inspection of quite a specialised vehicle, this gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

The work was completed to a good standard. I hoped the works could be done on the driveway, but the car was driven away for the day. I was unsure about the insurance cover in place for this, but everything worked out fine in the end. I did not know what time the car was to be returned, but it appeared at 5:30pm.

Excellent mechanic. Carried out the work like a professional, did the full check got back to me with all details. Was Comfortable to communicate, and reach out to again if any issues or advice for the vehicle is needed. Very easy to talk to and ask questions. Told me everything i need to know, was specific and honest. Would highly recommend.

I thought that Andrei was excellent and I would highly recommend him. Andrei identified the problem with my car and went ahead and fixed it then and there. I was expecting for him to diagnose it and then we would have to arrange another time to get the fix done. The fact Andrei just went ahead and sorted it was brilliant and a big relief. To visit the website on Friday and get Andrei out and my car sorted by Monday night was excellent. Will definitely being using Click Mechanic again if required.
