Karim was fantastic from the outset. Kept me updated from as soon as he accepted the job. Struggled to source my replacement caliper from one place, called multiple suppliers and other branches out of his way to get the part. Really quick and efficient work, really friendly and highly recommended. Will be using Karim again in the future.

Terrible - DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. Took 2 FULL days to do a 3 hour job. Did not communicate what was happening. Ordered the wrong new part, damaged the old one so car wasn't drivable. Delivered the car 3.5 hours late the next day.

Mark arrived on time and went straight to work after informing me who he was and what he was there to do. Mark was very polite and quickly finished the work. When done, he informed me what he had done. Mark also cleaned the hubs when the wheels were off -over and above service that you don't get at with all auto mechanics.
