There was a delay with part which was outside of Joe’s hands, but he kept me informed and updated throughout and once the part was in, fixed the car promptly. Also checked some other things over with recommendations. Would highly recommend Joe.

I am totally delighted with the service. Shan was quick to respond, took the time to ask what I was using the vehicle for and what I wanted from the inspection. Great communication with all involved. He performed a very thorough inspection and was able to answer any questions and queries I had. Very good, very clear pictures and he conveyed his opinion of the test drive very well. As usual excellent value for money.
