Charlie arrived on time complete with friendly smile. He told me what was wrong and proceeded to replace my front brake discs and pads. The new brakes were needed due to a reccomended mechanic, last week, fitting a set of cheap brake pads despite my request that he use branded manufactured items. The newly fitted poor quality brakes failed within 5 days. However Charlie neatly finished fitting the new quality parts ending with a road testing of the completed job. Never got to meet Seb who i found through Click Mechanic as a first time user. But, appeared to have carried out a great job in replacing my faulty clutch on my Skoda Octavia. the price I was quoted seemed resonably [compared to quotes from local garages] and was great with communicating and answering any questions i had and seemed very knowledgable.
