Chris was fab. I only booked my car in for an MOT. I have an old Vauxhall Meriva. He explained could be difficult getting parts for these cars now as they have stopped making them. It passed with flying colours. Chris was very punctual and dropped off my car after a few hours. Will use Greenlite Automotives again.

Mark is very friendly, great to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. He accommodated a late request for additional work , sourced the extra parts and arrived on time and got on with the job despite the downpour of rain and finished the jobs promptly. I really appreciated Mark showing me the replaced parts and advice when the work was completed and would very much recommend him if you are looking for honesty and knowledge from a skilled master technician.

not very good. had to get it redone at a nearby shop. The job was to replace rear shocks but the springs were not rethreaded properly and left me with all sorts of strange noises. with the good reviews I never expected this amateur mistake.

I’m happy with the mechanics work but unfortunately Westbourne as a company I’m not, there wasn’t any communication from them to say the mechanic would be late, the first I heard was 14.26 that they said he wouldn’t be with me on time. The time booked was 12-14.00.

I did wonder if I was leaving myself susceptible to potentially having my car stolen, giving the keys to someone I'd never met before, but no, car collected early, delivered back on time, and they'd even topped the fuel up, and communicated that to me. Excellent service & £100 less than Halfords, will definitely use again!
