Dan was great. He was friendly, polite, punctual and explained in great detail (also in laments terms) what the issue was and what the works required were. I would definitely recommend him and if he dealt with clutches I would have asked for him to complete the repairs.

Ben provided hery helpful advice before starting the job and I was able to order additional parts (the auxiliary belt) that he agreed would be a good time to swap at the same time as changing the timing belt and water pump. On the day Ben called ahead of the scheduled appointment to give a more accurate expected arrival time which helped me plan my day. The work was carried out professionally with little or no mess for such a big job. After completing the job, Ben took the time to ensure his work had been completed correctly and that everything worked as it should. He talked me through the work he'd done and checks he'd made to ensure I was confident in its completion. Better than the 'heres your keys and bill' from the main dealer. I'd definitely call on Ben again.
