Remove the length of text requirement or you will put most people off submitting any feedback at all. Free text fields are mostly useless anyway. Richard was great, let me know when on way, arrived, did visual, asked a few questions then attached his diags gadget which found an injector issue and it was dealt with. Richard explained everything as he went, Happy customer.

Omar was fantastic. He inspected a car pre-purchase and was able to give me a thorough report regarding its condition both cosmetically and mechanically. His communication from pre inspection through to post inspection was spot on and faultless. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. I would not hesitate to use him again on any future vehicle purchase.
