Rick was great - as was his trainee, Andy. They arrived punctually this morning and carried out a first rate job. Friendly, approachable and obviously knowledgeable. The original appointment had been for the day before, but when technical issues arose, Rick communicated with me really well and managed to fit me in first thing today. During the work he was booked for, he identified a further related problem, resolving this for me as well and did not charge for the added labour. A fantastic gesture for which I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend Rick and Andy to anyone requiring work done at home. Thanks very much to you both

Ionut did try but he managed to break the steering which was fine before he replaced clutch and battery. I've now called another mechanic to come and look at the car.

The mechanic was very friemdly, he carried out the work as asked and this was on the back of what I was informed that needing doing the previous week. The previous week I had a service done on my car, NOT done by Auto-Link MOT & Service Centre, but by another garage. I asked the previous mechanic to look at my engine light was coming on, I was told that my EGR valve needs fixing and i if I did not have iot fixed it could lead to me shelling out 3k or more, I was also advised that the light could be coming up due to the fuel(disel) that I put in my car e.g. not diseal supreme which I so put in. Long story short I went online for a mechanic to see how much it would be to replace and have a new EGR fitted which cost me £258.00. This is where Auto-Link MOT & Service Centre comes into the picture. The EGR valve was replace, I was advised intially that the engine light had come off, and then when the mechanic got here he then informed me that the engine light has come back on again. I am NOT saying that this is his fault at all, I am just very annoyed that the first place were I had my service done infomed me of this.
