Barry was great! He communicated with me in advance when he anticipated getting to me and turned up on time. He carried out the work perfectly and meticulously. Barry even rectified a problem which he encountered which was as a result of the previous discs being changed. All in all very satisfied with the quality of the work and the price. I was contacted to see if the car could be picked up earlier, this was done. I then had phone call at 1430 to say that the service and MOT had been completed and saying that it was time to change the brake and coolant fluids. I agreed the price and this was done satisfactorily and the car was returned long after formal closing time. Very satisfied with service.

All the work was carried out remotely, so I did not have any direct contact with the mechanic. Following the initial MOT failure, I had no control over the cost of the required repairs. While the repairs have now satisfied the requirements of the MOT test, I believe the cost was excessive. In addition, I am concerned that I have been charged the ULEZ charge for the car's journey on 18 Oct 23 but told that the return journey to my home would be covered by Trade Plates. I have not had any confirmation of this.

Very happy with the work carried out although click mechanic quoted the wrong price for the job so Jamie rang us and further quoted another £170 for the job the day before the job was to be carried out. Not at all Jamie's fault but the company Click mechanic. This should have been done for the original first quote as their mistake.
