Dean was yet again spot on - this is the second time ive used clickmechanic - no fuss, turned up on time with the right tools and parts needed for my vans brake change. He got on with the job quickly and efficiently, tested everything and took away the old parts. I would not hesitate to recommend Clickmechanic - after all, they came to me at home (no hassle with arranging an appointment at a garage) at a time and date that was convenient to me - the prices are much better than a regular garage too.

I have used A1 Auto’s now a couple of times for works to both our family cars and the service they have provided has always been excellent. The team are always very polite and friendly, they collect the car and drop it off with no issues whatsoever and the work is always complete - Great Service

The ordered repairs were said to take 1 day, pick up in the morning and deliver in the evening. This eventually took 3 days and for every delay I had to check with them myself for an update. They would tell me the're on the way but when I called them after 1.5 hours they would tell I would receive my car the next day. When my vehicle was deliverd there was a warning on the dashboard about coolant too low and shut down engine. The delivery driver must have seen this error message and but just kept on driving risking the engine. Filling the coolant was part of the ordered maintenance and was charged at £15. I made an complaint about this. There is a winning noise from the engine aswell, will have to monitor and see if this is an issue.

Great service, helpful and did a great job. Would recommend to everybody. No other problems.

Bogdan was great! Called ahead and was able to attend early and diagnosed my car with a separate issue than I had first thought. He saved me a considerably cost by resolving a smaller issue that has resolved the problem. Very much appreciated! Thanks Bogdan.

I was amazed at how quick and easy it was. Really convenient to have someone pick up your vehicle, take it and bring it back. It was also really quick - I thought it would be all day but it was much quicker. I will definitely be using them again and have recommended to friends
