Unsure of the mechanics name, but was very friendly and accommodating to my request for a late start due to school runs. The car was taken away (less than 5 miles) and returned later in the day with everything complete to my satisfaction. Great value compared to other retailers. I was called by the dealer I bought the car from to ask if I wanted to book my car in for service and MOT, but because they didn't have their rates online I declined. The lady advised me of the price and I almost fell off my chair. ClickMechanic all the way!!

A nightmare from start to finish. Omer rang me at the time my car was meant to be picked up stating that he never had a driver and to rearrange the date, I stated I wpuldnt be in so we agreed to have the car picked up from my workplace. Wednesday comes and I get a call from a driver stating he couldnt find me as Omer had sent him to my home adress. The driver finally turns up to collect my car. The work was done the same day (that I know off) and was happy to have my car back. About a week later i have a letter through the door for a £90 ULEZ fine which was picked up from the mechanics driver. I notified Omer about this and his response was "thats up to the owner of the car to pay. Which I think is the wrong attitude considering I wasnt driving or if I was notified I could have paid alot less but no communication was made. I then raised an issue in the resolution centre with click mechanic in which on more than one ocassion Omer said he would call to sort out, which he didnt. I then escalated the case to ClickMechanic who were also no help and just refered me back to the mechanic. I can honestly say this is the 1st and final time I use ClickMechanic as there customer service is disgusting and once Omer has your money he couldnt care less. I now have had to pay £520 for a £430 job. Cheers 👍

Alastair and his team were fantastic. Very punctual and kept in contact the day. An additional problem did arise, which I was grateful happened in the garage and not on the road. They squared this away quickly and car was still back on the same day.

Karl was right on time for the work. He concluded the work way earlier than I had hoped for honestly. But he did explained the gear is in good shape and that he did diagnostics to further ascertain if anything hidden that could be a problem. He confirmed the gear should be good for another 60k miles. The transmission so far works fine. I hope the "gear faulty: repair needed" messages stops permanently but it's too early to tell as the message just comes up intermittently sometimes. He did confirmed the brand are known to throw up dashboard messages even when the issue displayed does not really exist. He advised to observe the performance further and drop update on the portal if the message popup still persist or the gears performance becomes erratic. Karl took his time to explain possibilities around the message but confirmed the gear is in good shape. Thanks Karl, will keep you updated hopefully with good feedback

The Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. The work carried out was fine. The car is driving well with little vibration. However he did charge me extra £180 for something relating to the VVT hub which I thought was already included in the quote.

Although it was freezing outside , Martin worked away on the car. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He replaced the water pump and explained our next steps . Would definitely use Martin for future work on the cars.

Ion was unbelievable. A knight in mechanics armour came and fixed the car promptly went and searched for parts I didn't know I needed and got the car fixed and gave his full effort and time. I really appreciated his honesty and photos of the cars issues. I couldn't recommend him more. Honest mechanics can be sometimes hard to find and he definitely is one of the good ones.
