Darren was first rate and although the work has yet to be completed ( not due to any shortcomings on Darren's behalf } His advice and help have been invaluable

Very happy with the service. from the point of booking and being kept informed of appointment times through to Darren arriving and taking me through the process and checking the fault before starting work.
it's a nice touch that possible future issues are highlighted and quoted with no pressure to decide there and then

No communication form the mechanic,
No inspection
Got charged for a inspection
Mechanic had a small child with him so could not do his 100%
Don't how the mechanic was lee Sam or Darren ?
No reasoning the mechanic because he was in a rush,
The ball joint was gone on my car so was the track rod, so if he inspected the job he would have seen it,
all works have now been fixed by my local garage and only £20 dearer but had not problems,
I think it has been discussing the way I have been treated and would never use your company again and I will never recommend your company to anybody.

Very honest , good knowledge of issue and punctual. Have given a very positive solution to the problem as well as options on how to remedy the fault.

I have had to put a poor rating on punctuality simply because ClickMechanic gave an 8.00 to 10.00 AM arrival that slipped badly to after 13.00 HRS. This was partly due to the postcode having been wrongly entered but luckily enough time remained to do the required works.
Communication was OK but rather belatedly on the morning of the appointment and only after calling Darren the night before, having received an almost unintelligible SMS telephone message. I understand that bookings can be made very late on and it would be kinder to provide more lead time for those involved in the practical arrangements.
Lee was fantastic and exactly the right man for the job. He readily coped with the poor weather and other eventualities, completing all that was required in the timing belt engine service. Read more
