Really disappointed had a car not starting mechanic just plug it said its your immobisla take to main dealer with no other offer of help or advice turns out it was the bcm that had failed immobisla was fine wasted 47 quid

I was in a huge bind my alternator packed up at the worst possible time. A I was skint B I am self employed and needed my car back A.S.A.P I Have mechanic friends who would normally help me Both were busy and also felt this petticular job was too awkward for them .I looked on you tube to see what it entailed and saw what they meant .I went on line and searched all the local garages .Every garage booked solid for over a week, none much less than £200 much of which was for the alternator.Checking around ebay etc from £69 to £180 did nothing to help the situation. Bit of good news found alternator scrap yard £35 bad news no one to fit

Service was of high standard, we were in the picture all the time, every stage was clearly explained including the value of what we were undertaking in relation to the value of the car. My wife and I never felt pressurised at any stage. Repairs were carried out expertly. Very pleased with result.

Lee was very good he couldn't find the problem as after checking the water system etc he felt it my be an electronic problem I phoned yourselves but you don't have auto electrical engineer on your books so I had to start again on the internet to find one so it cost me another sixty plus pounds.
