Shane was very professional with my brake pad job which he carried out cheerfuly.

Shane was brilliant, turned up when expected and immediately got to work on the car. Having seen where the starter motor was located on my car, I had my fears that this wouldn't be able to be done without being put on a ramp. Shane had everything he needed to do the job and despite it being a bit of a tricky job, he did it well under the time period given.

John/Shane carried out a very thorough job. Buying a used car is not an easy task when one is not a mechanic but with their excellent report I was able to make a well-informed decision.

Shane arrived within agreed time, was friendly and courteous. Replaced front brake discs and pads, no problems encountered.

Yet again a seamless process end to end. Driver turned up on time to pick the car up, was courteous and respectful of covid. Mechanic called to provide MOT outcome and that work was complete. Car dropped off at home an hour or so later. No surprises.

As far as I know, the work was fine - the car had nothing wrong with it AFAIK, it's a routine replacement of a cambelt and waterpump at the manufacturer's recommended service interval.

I received a text to say when they'd pick up my car, and the mechanic arrived during the time quoted, and had the car back by noon.

Great service, they were on time and kept me in the loop throughout. I was clear on what concerns they had with my car and actions that were needed

Jon was very polite and friendly, my car was picked up nice and early and returned punctually, I am very happy with the job and the price was unbelievable. My friend is now going to be using them to have her brakes sorted out.

Shane and Jon were spot on. Friendly, happy to chat about the van and very thorough with the report. Couldn’t be happier as they were our eyes when we lived in Yorkshire and the van was in Staines!

Car seems OK but haven't taken it for a long drive yet.
