Yes the guy really new what he was doing. Also confirmed i did need a new battery as well.

Having sorted a misunderstanding on my part regarding wether service book should be stamped saying cambelt and water pump changed, (thought it was standard practice to do this.) the mechanic did a good job.

Could not fault punctuality and communication. Drivers were friendly and courteous on collection and delivery.

First class service from Jon. Early collection and swift return. Some additional work was identified as needed in respect of the MOT and the requirements were talked through before the work was undertaken. An overall quick, efficient and value for money service - I would recommend.

I was very happy with the quality of the work done and the professionalism. The communication was good. My only observation is that they could have been a bit more forthright with with how much time time it would take but other than that the service was top draw.

Fantastic service, really thorough and detailed report, I would recommend your service and Jon to anyone who asks.
