As you can see from the stars I have given, could not have been better. I have nothing to add. He was friendly, he found the problem almost immediately and sorted out the solution within minutes.

I was sent a time frame a name and contact number to whom I sent directions, so quite surprised to get a phone call from a lost mechanic over an hour prior to time given. It was someone different and he had not been sent the directions.
The job was done, however mechanic left his rubbish which I had to pick up and had not cleaned the steering wheel so I ended with black hands.
ClickMechanic advertises itself as using local trade, mine came from Heathrow, about 60 miles away.
