The cap who picked up my car was reassuring. I felt happy for him to take my car.

Got the job done in good time although he was supplied the wrong part which delayed things a little. Will use again for sure.

Tom did an excellent and efficient job in replacing the spark plugs on my Audi. He explained what the issue was with the old ones, and made sure the car was running smoothly, afterwards.
Also the price charged seemed reasonable.

I only booked repair few hours in advance. I shortly got confirmatiin of the time when mechanic will collect the car. Once repaired mechanic drove a car back to my home. Car drives great. MOT passed. Thank you!
