Didn't meet my mechanic, but the guy that came to pick up my car friendly enough. Car was brought back promptly. Overall a good trouble free service. Difficult to comment on workmanship because it was a replacement Timing belt, so can't see it, but the car is running well.

John communicated well and advised his timing the day before pick-up. He then happily handled my request at short-notice to top-up the washer fluid, and returned my car with zero fuss.
