Very easy process, car is picked up, job done very well as far as I can tell ( new clutch)
Car dropped off. Every stage I was well informed as to what was happening.
Good experience apart from the paying bit😎.

Jon was great, he was clear with how he would collect my motorhome, he was punctual and polite, he carried out the work, that was required and saved me some money on the final bill. His advise was very useful to help me with issues I had from the previous garage I had used, I would definitely recommend him

It was instantly obvious that the mechanic that turned up was not the one mentioned on the clickmechanic website I do not know if he was a trainee or an Apprentice or what but basically the service he provided was woefully inadequate I will give details if you require

I am happy with the work and the speed it was completed. However I called The mechanic ,who was supposed to have been with by 2pm, for him to tell me it was going to be completed by a different mechanic who had been stuck on M3.He told me he had sent me a message via the app which I do not have. When he did arrive he was very professional and completed the work well
