On the first day wayne came in early then what time slot was agreed and could not connect with me so left within 5/10 minutes of the time slot agreed, despite the fact that I reached him within minutes of the agreed time slot. However, He did came in the next day on the timing of his own choosing and then did not check for the second issue in my car I asked for initially. He even did not connect his device to diagnose the problem while the whole amount was paid to ensure all problems are detected completely. I specifically asked for to check the AC problem which was altogether missed by him.
