Wayne was on time, polite and friendly. He explained what the problem was so even I could understand! He couldn't do the work himself but told me what needed doing and a rough price so I feel equipped to book the work.

Wayne was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem most likely was in an easy to understand, but not condescending manner. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed today due to parts required and possibly being taken to the garage which I have booked for another day with his assistance.
