No fault or issue found on the car so far. Work was carried out quicker than I expected. Excellent communication with the staffs. Will definitely consider having them again.

I didn't meet the mechanic, but the two individuals who collected and dropped off the car were very polite and helpful.

The mechanic was great no problems at all,collected my car,and got it back the next day without any disruption to our daily life,the car is a life line in our house as mu wife has a disabilty and relise heavly upon it, great job highly recomend them.

Not sure why the job was picked up by a garage 1hr+ away from here. Probably not their fault, however, they were late to pick it up and kept the car an extra day. We thought this would be a one-day thing and had to pay a fortune for taxis the next day.

Unknown quality of work: service checklist seemed thorough, but they failed the MOT (suspension, major) - we were pretty much forced to pay an extra 195 to fix it.

Also, it didn't help with how they did the MOT before checking/servicing the car. They could have said anything, being so far away with a failed MOT, we would be forced to believe them.

Surely checking the car before doing the MOT would diminish concerns of their intent. Read more

All as it should be. Cheaper than others but that doesnt reflect in the quality of work. Top job.

The quality of the work itself was excellent. Unfortunately, despite booking in a slot on the Monday afternoon the car couldn't be collected until the following day and collection was an hour later than arranged. I chased up the status of the work on the Wednesday afternoon and found out the car wouldn't be delivered until the next day. However, I received a call on the Thursday to state there weren't enough drivers available and it would be returned early the next morning, I was ok with this and communication at this point was excellent, delivery was made early on the Friday as arranged.

So while there were issues with the delivery and collection I cannot fault the quality of the work by the mechanic or garage itself.
