Collected my car and delivered back in just over an hour, Awesome service, thank you.😀👍

The quality of the work itself was excellent. Unfortunately, despite booking in a slot on the Monday afternoon the car couldn't be collected until the following day and collection was an hour later than arranged. I chased up the status of the work on the Wednesday afternoon and found out the car wouldn't be delivered until the next day. However, I received a call on the Thursday to state there weren't enough drivers available and it would be returned early the next morning, I was ok with this and communication at this point was excellent, delivery was made early on the Friday as arranged.

So while there were issues with the delivery and collection I cannot fault the quality of the work by the mechanic or garage itself.

Dean came out to replace the front wheels discs & pads. He was punctual and replaced the parts very fast as appears he had a lot of experience. He also pointed out some other issues with the suspension bushes which would need replacing before the next MOT. He gave advice on best driving practice after the new disc replacements. Very friendly and a good communicator!

Happy with the service from James, called out promptly. Checked car over, confirmed problem, and quoted for parts that would be needed, if I wanted to go ahead.

James was really helpful and very informative. He went above beyond with service. Being a learner driver, he even came back home with me in my car.
