The mechanic who picked up the car was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. The mechanic who brought it back was also very knowledgeable and told me exactly what they had done.

My mechanic came on time, took the key, did the job, returned the car back. MOT the way I like it.

James was a pleasure to work with. For a working mum needing to do school runs the whole process was so convenient and stress free. My car was collected, had a full service and oil change. James called to say it needed new brake pads needed and these were fitted on the day and the car was returned with everything complete. I’ve recommend the click mechanic process and James to numerous clients since.

Hi, All went well apart from getting van back with an empty tank. Had just below quarter tank of diesel when it was collected. and the VAn is full of mud on the left side.

James was very friendly on the phone. He needed to rearrange the day due to staff illness, which worked fine for me. The service and MOT was carried out very smoothly and efficiently. I have only dropped 1 star for communication from an otherwise great service due to not being informed that my car was on its way back to me.
