Very happy with the service I received.

My car was booked into to have rear brakes (discs+pads) changed and an oil+filter change. My car was collected and returned within the time period quoted. Staff were in contact to keep me updated on progress. There were some technical issues with getting the brake callipers in service mode, but luckily I was able to attend and use my OBD+software to put them in service mode. Mechanics were polite and apologetic when I attended, but as I said on the day - these things happen. Luckily I was able to get them in service mode to allow the discs and pads to be changed. Overall, I was pleased with the service received and I would use again!.

James took my car in for servicing and spotted other issues with it and dealt with it swiftly. I would use his services again for sure.

Was not too happy with service, because the diagnosis and inspection charges was too high,I didn't spend up to 10minutes for the inspection and was charged £69.71

Yes was friendly and informative and happy with the work done .
Only thing was that they were late appointment was for between 12-2pm and the driver didn’t arrive until 3pm .
Some communication from James to explain that they were going to be late would have been helpful .
