The lad who picked up and dropped of my car was friendly and asked if I had any questions. The only issue I had was they were 20 mi late picking up the car in the morning and in the evening the car was ot dropped off until 10pm which again was 20 min later then I was told. Also having the car dropped off that late was annoying even though they phoned to tell me.

Reyaz was excellent. Kept me informed, sent pictures of the problem and fixed my car.

Mechanic friendly but not helpful. He plugged in his machine and the conclusion was I needed to book a further 3 hours of diagnostic work at the garage. It was presented as an all or nothing. I said what happens if it only takes an hour? No response. He could not be clear about what then happened. I was offered a lot in a confusing manner but just one simple quote, we need 3 hours at a cost of £250 with no quarentee. I was just not confident to continue. I think I wasted my money.

Quick MOT and service, picked the car up in the morning and dropped it back by 2pm that afternoon.
