Arrived early. My workplace postcode entry was slightly wrong [my error] but they had called earlier, so arrived at correct place.
Great efficiency on MOT Pick up. [Timesaving!]..Additional works [brake pads] were carried out and advised beforehand [and offered two types premium +budget-i went with premium of course,
since i look after my vehicle and safety is paramount!🙂 ]. Car dropped back within agreed timeframe. All good 👍

I am no mechanic so cannot comment on the quality of work carried out but I received a new MOT certificate and a stamped Service book without any hassle. Job done!

Happy with the work carried out to do a service/MOT. Ahmed went the extra mile by starting my car up (battery was flat) and replacing a battery in the key fob. He was polite and courteous. Rating 10/10. Have recommended Clickmechanic to a work colleague.

So, mixed feelings about this review. I moved house and must find a new mechanic to run MOT + service. And I found this new way to service, which I found amazing. But they failed my MOT because the plate light wasn't working and charged me £90 pounds to change the plate light. - Of course, I rejected it and took it to my previous mechanic (wasting my time, because it's 1 hour from my new place now), who charged me £5 pounds, and it took 1 minute for them to replace it. - I am not giving a lower rating because they offer to re-run the MOT test for free. But besides that, I am not taking my car back again, which doesn't make sense to charge £90 pounds to change a plate light. - The mechanic said click mechanic sets the pricing. And I tried to reach out to Click Mechanic, but there is no customer service. So, I am not using again Click Mechanic and also Reyaz. Read more

Good communication, car picked and dropped same day.
Repairs (replacement bulbs) were much pricer than anticipated. The bill was over £140 to replace 3 bulbs!

My car was picked up as agreed and the work carried out seems ok but I have yet to have a good drive so time will tell. Good communication and would use again.
