Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the service that I received today.
I for one do not understand as to how a full service on a vehicle can be carried out in 30 mins when on the other two occasions that I have had this vehicle serviced it has taken approximately 1.5 hours, with the work having been carried out by Mobile Auto Solutions via ClickMechanic).
I spent most of that 30 mins sat on the wall watching him and his mate work and there is absolutely no conceivable way that they carried out all the checks that are detailed in the ClickMechanic Full Service Checklist.

Lewis was excellent. He, and his colleague, arrived promptly and completed the service very efficiently. they took the car to be MOT'd and returned it very quickly. Overall I am very pleased with the whole experience and will certainly be using them again. An excellent experience.

Chevrolet Cruze Auxiliary drive belt tensioner replacement

Lewis & George arrived on time and got straight to work. Friendly guys. They were able to carry out part of the job but discovered more work is required. They showed me what needs doing and explained it to me. I have agreed to the extra work via ClickMechanic and am just waiting for the job to be accepted. All is good.
