Lewis I found to be a knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, honest individual. When I placed the order it was originally for discs (rotors) as well as pads back and front. Having looked at the discs and pads front and rear he showed me that it was only the rear pads that needed replacing. He said that the front and back discs were serviceable and good for another 10,000 miles / 12 months as were the front pads. This saved me several hundred pounds compared to the garage quote I had been given the previous week following an MOT.

Original appointment was at 14.00pm - 16.00pm on Thursday, George text at 16.41pm advising he would be there in an hour. I responded to him that we close at 5pm as are a business. I spoke to manager Lewis who changed it to Saturday between 11-12pm for us to accommodate. George text me at 9.47am on Saturday asking if we were open Sunday to which I responded no but was told someone would be out today (Saturday) between 11-12pm. George advised he would be there at 8am on Sunday. I told him this wasn't convenient and he text back saying he woke up with a headache.
