Original appointment was at 14.00pm - 16.00pm on Thursday, George text at 16.41pm advising he would be there in an hour. I responded to him that we close at 5pm as are a business. I spoke to manager Lewis who changed it to Saturday between 11-12pm for us to accommodate. George text me at 9.47am on Saturday asking if we were open Sunday to which I responded no but was told someone would be out today (Saturday) between 11-12pm. George advised he would be there at 8am on Sunday. I told him this wasn't convenient and he text back saying he woke up with a headache. I then said I would try and get someone for Sunday but they couldn't do 8am. He then text advising someone would be out at the original time 11-12pm. Work was completed and carried out. Read more

Arrived on time most of work completed coming back next Sat to change glow plugs as Lewis was giving wrong glow plugs no fault of his. Nice guy
