the mechanic told me that the work i had booked was unnecessary, and my problem appeared to be the springs instead which would cost about £300. it took less than 5 minutes for this diagnosis for which I was charged over £60.
I went to get confirmation from a garage I trust. They said there was nothing wrong with the springs.

I can't comment on Lewis's work because my car sadly failed its MOT, but he was very helpful in providing the name of someone who could take my car away for scrap!
