Darren arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgable regarding the problem I had with my van.

Darren was punctual & friendly, didn't treat me as a daft old woman (though I probably am)
He spent quite a while on the diagnosis, but was unfortunately unable to cure the problem. However, he gave me good advice about what to do next, for which I'm grateful.
The patient will be due a service/MOT in early January which I shall be very happy to entrust to Darren. I'll be in touch. Thanks.
