He was on time, however not very friendly, appeared to be confused, sadly I was not happy with the work.

Your booking request was for a full service and mot. All work was carried out via your request. The reason for your bad review is because your car failed it’s mot and needs £££ to get it to pass. This car has had untold issues on it’s previous mot’s that you have failed to get done over time. Neither myself nor the tester will pass an unsafe vehicle that’s not fit for the road. Putting yourself and others in danger! I communicated with you perfectly what work was required to get your car to pass and sent a follow on quote that you seemed fine with? If anybody is confused then i think it’s yourself.
