Darren was able to come out earlier than booked which was great. Completed the diagnostic check and fully explained the potential issues and what will be required to fix it.

Darren was great from start to finish. Good communication prior to arriving. Was very understanding of my Mums concerns re Covid-19 and did all he could to make her feel at ease. Completed the job without any complications and talked me through exactly what he had done before leaving. Would highly recommend.
