William was very informative and explained in detail all aspects of the vehicle to me very pleasant manner on the phone all in all very worthwhile having inspection done if considering a purchase of a car 5 stars

William was great. Really reassuring so soon spotted exactly where the leak was coming from. Will use William again for future repairs.

William was excellent, came during the 2-hour slot very quickly diagnosed the problem and sourced the battery from a nearby auto-shop. The originally bought battery didn't fit but he quickly got back on the phone and sourced the correct one and went to get a replacement. Very happy overall and would highly recommend!

William was amazing - super helpful and a really nice guy. Kept in touch throughout the process, gave me complete confidence in his work and the car I am going to buy. He also gave me recommendations for maintenance that the car will need over the next few thousand miles.
All in all a great experience!

William was brilliant. Communication was good, he was punctual and polite. He went above and beyond and tried literally everything possible, with the patience of a saint, to fix the problem, but finally had to concede that the only way to fix the problem was a replacement part. I would happily use William again.
