William was amazing and really saved me from a risky purchase! He really listened to my concerns and clarified them all.

All good, he spent 25 mins with us, and we need a new starter motor so i am asking him to quote for work. Not sure how that works though, as I think we had him booked for 1 hour, and so if thats the case, any engineering time for fitting the starter motor, will that mean we have 35 mins left over still to use??

William was on time , kept me updated as I was not around at the time of inspection and made sure to call me before his arrival and after he was done to let me know what he found .

Can't fault William's service today. I was a little surprised that he was struggling to find the car's location (soon sorted), but his overall performance was excellent. He was "pre-purchase inspecting" a car for me: he rang me with a basic report within 45 minutes of arrival, and the full report came online very soon after.

After first asking me what the symptoms were, William did multiple diagnostic tests to triple check what the problem was.
