So, the mechanic was realy friendly and spended the time that was required for the job. I dont like the fact that he came to me with a diagnostic tool that didn't connect with the van so there was no info on the problem that i am experiencing only suggestions, he recommended to start changing parts until i find what is the faulty part. The mechanic manged to find 2 out of 3 problems wich is ok. My suggestion for them is to spend a little bit of money for better diagnostics tool. Otherwise the service was good and the mechanic was real nice guy and did his best to try to figure out what was wrong.

After purchasing a brand new battery and a multi fuse my car still did not start. Tobia arrived on-site and quickly diagnosed that the battery was flat (even though it was brand new). He got my car started within 15 minutes. Thank you Tobia.
