Incredible! Very friendly and honest. William highlighted all the issues with the vehicle, and that it is ultimately mechanically sound, so we ended up purchasing. He was also willing to answer further questions after the inspection!

Really happy with the pre purchase inspection - I have no technical expertise so to have an independent mechanic carry out a thorough inspection and talk me through their findings was fantastic. The mechanic raised a few issues with the car dealer who immediately agreed to get these sorted out before the purchase. Excellent experience.

William is a great guy. Very patient, good communicator, dedicated to fault finding especially on my car with a coolant leak in a very awkward place.
