Kyriacos was very informative, called me 10 mins before arrival. Diagnosed that the key for my car was faulty causing the immobilizer to operate when I didn't need it to, didn't charge anything other that the diagnostic charge when he could of quite easily. I'm no mechanic so it is refreshing to get a good honest one.

The service provided by Kyriacos was very good. This is how it went: I took my car for MOT (somewhere else) and they did a general check on my wheels as I reported a buzzing sound. They told me I needed to change both front wheel bearings. I then came to clickmechanic and booked the repair with Kyriacos. We got in touch immediately (he always picks up the phone) and he assured me that, even though I had already checked the car, he would also do his own check on the car, all wheels, to ensure we were replacing the right part. He came to my house to pick up the car and after a couple of hours, he called back, confirming that both front wheel bearings needed replacement. He also mentioned that the wheel hub required replacement and was very honest in explaining the reasons, the consequences of not doing it, and he gave me different options. I went with his recommendation and got the car ready on the following day, replacing all parts (he only charged me the extra part and no labour).

Yes - the problem was quickly identified and the part removed from the vehicle and replaced once a new part was sourced. The wiper washing pump was faulty and when replaced the water tank was filled along with screen wash and tested. Quickly and efficiently.

It is really hard to find a mechanic who you trust and feel isn’t going to invent or conflate the problem. I have used Kryiarcos a couple of times now and he has always been spot on for me. I like someone to be upfront and honest and to feel they understand you. His work is quality and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I will not be going anywhere else.
