I ordered a health check for my motor vehicle. Under further inspection a guy called Steve from click mechanics told me that I needed new break pads and discs, the front passenger wheel needed a new wheel bearing and new cam belt needed fitting. I agreed for the works to be done and was assigned to Kyriacos who from the off made me feel very comfortable, he assured me that he wouldn’t do any work that wasn’t necessary. Once he picked up my little yellow Ferrari and done the checks, he informed me that it wasn’t my wheel bearing that needed replacing but the wishbone on the passenger side. He replaced my break pads, discs, cam belt and gave me a quote for the wishbone which I decided to go with.
He ordered the parts, kept my car overnight and kept me fully informed the next morning on what he was going to be doing. He completed the works and done the tracking as an additional (complimentary). He was running slightly late due to traffic but kept me informed every step of the way.
Would I use this man again…..absolutely……first class service and my car is running like a dream 😃 thank you Kyriacos

Renault Kadjar Brake pads replacement - front (all)

Booking for 10-12 arrival mechanic called at 1115 to say he’d be late and didn’t have all parts for the booked job - front and rear brake pads. Don’t accept the job of you can’t complete it for tge areanged time.
Needs to come back to complete. Very dissatisfied

Hi , thanks for your review, although very negative .
On the odd occasion these things happen .
If I’m on a job and it takes longer than planned, it’s something that can’t be helped
Your partner rearranged the booking for same time next Friday, shortly after I emailed you new booking time and date , your partner phoned and asked if we could be there at 4.15 today , which we turned up at 4.15 ( even though we normally require a 2 hr time frame .
And completed the booking and replaced front pads only as rear pads are not required, as per your request.
We don’t need to replace the pads for approximately 6-12 months, normally speaking mist customers would normally appreciate our honesty by not replacing parts unnecessarily.
And finally we don’t take bookings that we can’t complete, hence the high quality reviews over the last 1500 odd bookings

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
