Your review is much appreciated, you was advised you needed additional parts before any work was commenced .
You agreed to this via email and after completing the work , you had insufficient funds to pay for the work you asked me to do .
Thus your review is a little unfair to say the least .
You will have to pay any outstanding monies owed irrespective of this review.
You had the opportunity to cancel the job and receive a full refund which you declined, and as you were told in advance of any extra work required and you accepted this , I don’t understand your comments.
My communication is generally 5/5
The car wasn’t returned to you the same day because you needed extra parts , which was clearly explained .
I suspect this review is to spite my reputation in order not to pay any monies outstanding.
You have had several days to pay this , so you’ll be receiving a small claims county court summons shortly,

The mechanic was found to be honest and factural. The vehicle was diagnosed by the main dealer who specified for a number of parts to be replaced.
The mechanic had authority to carryout work as per the main dealer specification.
However, upon inspection, the mechanic contacted us to let us know that all the parts specified did not require replacement. This reduced our bill quite considerably.

They were late - very late. I was advised they would be with me between 8 am and 10 am - then they phoned me to tell me they would not be here until 12 noon. They had not arrived by 12:50, nor by 14:30, nor by 15:40. Eventually they phoned and told me they could attend to me by around 6 pm or I could wait until 9 am the following day. I chose 6pm. They arrived just before this time and proceeded to remove the rear offside wheel when their earlier diagnosis had detected a fault with a front wheel ABS sensor. Disappointing performance really.

Ok , so not the best review I’ve had to be honest. Other than given you my apologies, I fail to see what else I could have done .
Sometimes things don’t go according to plan .
And most importantly I’ve never been spoken to like how you spoke to me .
The fact that I still (finally ) turned up after your foul language to me in the phone was actually a miracle .
I don’t take verbal abuse from anyone.
Still again for the tenth time I will apologies for my delay , and this is my error and not click mechanic.
I’m hoping (pretty sure ) that most people who read my reviews will ignore this review as it’s the only bad one (of three ) from the previous 1000 customers.

Yes the work was carried out by the engineer very well, as for the work the engineer was very helpful, and I would use him,them again for work on the car
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
